Surface Quality: Surfaces must be clean, smooth, solid, and free from all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent, etc. and similar substances and wastes that prevent adhesion. Surfaces should be level and weak parts should be removed. If there are cracks or holes on the floor or wall to be applied, they should be repaired with appropriate repair mortars. CHELFIX application should be started after 3-4 days. Surface Preparation: If application will be made on marble, ceramics and pallets, the surfaces should be roughened. The concrete floor should be damp but not puddled. It is recommended to use primer on surfaces such as aerated concrete, exposed concrete and plasterboard. Mixing: 6.8 - 7.2 liters of clean, clear water at normal environmental temperature is poured into a clean container that is free of any substances that prevent adhesion. CHELFIX in powder form, in a 25 kg bag, is poured into a container filled with water. The product is mixed with a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained. The mortar obtained at the end of the process should be left to rest for 3 minutes and mixed again for 1 - 2 minutes until it becomes homogeneous.

• If there is a dusty surface (engop) behind the ceramic, it should be cleaned by washing with a hard brush.

• The prepared mortar is spread on the surface with a notched trowel with appropriate tooth size. Coating materials (ceramic, tiles, etc.) should be adhered to the combed mortar within 15 minutes. If this period has passed, the mortar should be scraped off the surface and coatings. It should be applied again by making ready-made mortar.

• The product may cause irritation on contact with the skin. Work clothes, protective gloves, mask and glasses should be used. Protective cream can also be applied to the hands before starting work.

• If the mortar comes into contact with the eyes, the eyes should be washed immediately with warm water and a doctor should be consulted.

• It must be protected in ambient conditions below (+) 5 °C, and the product must be covered with nylon or thermal insulation plates must be laid to prevent the product from being exposed to frost.

• It must be protected at temperatures above (+) 35°C, and the product must be protected from sudden water loss by covering it with nylon or laying thermal insulation plates.

• At least 24 hours after CHELFIX application, joint filling should be started.

• Do not add foreign matter.

• After application, it should be protected against adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (above +35°C), rain and frost. Hands should be cleaned with water and detergent before CHELFIX is fully cured and hardened.

• Immediately after application, before it hardens, the equipment should be cleaned with water. After the product hardens, it must be cleaned by mechanical methods.
